With a diverse experience of more than 30 years, Dr. Pinaki Dutta Gupta is an industry leader in managing businesses and organizations . Dr. Dutta Gupta’s deep knowledge encompasses various sectors such as Ferrous & Non-ferrous, Energy, Chemicals, Oil & Gas etc. His wide experience of delivering critical projects to leading players like Reliance Petrochemicals, TATA Steel, Lafarge Cement, NALCO, NTPC etc. acts as the prime mover of the organisation .
Under the leadership of Dr. Dutta Gupta TEL’s Annual Turnover registered a CAGR of 78% between FY 14-15 and FY 19-20, growing from an INR 34 crores in FY 14-15 to INR 602 crores in FY 19-20. Through adept strategy and decision making capabilities of the Director, TEL was able to expand its business into multiple sectors over the last decade, starting with Chemicals in 2009 and Hydrocarbons in 2012 to new business segments including Ferrous & Non-Ferrous in 2014, Railways in 2015, Substation and Transmission in 2017 and Nuclear Energy in 2019.

Mr. Gajendra Bansal is a dynamic and forward-thinking finance leader with over 25 years of progressive experience across consulting, manufacturing, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industries. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he brings a deep understanding of applied finance with proven expertise in financial strategy, accounting, taxation, audit and due diligence, and complex financial modelling.

As the Chief Financial Officer of the group since its inception, Mr. Bansal has played a critical role in shaping the financial architecture of the organization. He has led the design and implementation of key financial systems, processes, and controls, and has been instrumental in driving effective treasury management, policy formulation, and risk mitigation frameworks.

His strategic insights and business acumen have contributed significantly to the group’s sustained financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. Mr. Bansal is known for his commitment to governance, transparency, and aligning financial strategy with overall business objectives.

Mr. Bani Prasad Chakraborty is a veteran in Materials Management and Foreign Trade along with 42 years experience in EPC(36 Years) and Manufacturing Industries (6 Years).He is an experienced result-oriented leader with proven success in managing supply chain operation involving planning of procurement operation, indigenous and global sourcing, vendor management, Logistics Management, Cost Control, Import and Export activities including customs and Port clearance, Licensing activities, Tax benefit analysis and refund operation applicable for EPC, Manufacturing Industries and for corporate. He is an Ex-faculty Member(part time) of IGNOU and IIM, Kolkata .his experience also circles overseas assignment related to Supply Chain operation at Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Zambia, Kenya and Tanzania for EPC project.

A trained Project Manager from Project Management Institute (PMI), Mr. Kar has spent his entire professional career in the domain of Project Management Space. Mr. Kar completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from North Bengal University in the year 1990 and joined Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd (a GOI Enterprise) soon after. Over a 27 years’ Professional Career, Mr. Kar has also worked with other reputed companies such as Techno-Fab Manufacturing Limited, Kone Elevator India Pvt Ltd & BOC India Ltd. His achievements include executing Projects such as 700 TPD and 1800 TPD Air Separation Units for RSP and JSW Bellary respectively. At Tuaman Engineering Limited, with whom he has been associated for the past 12 years, Mr Kar is designated as Assistant General Manager – Projects and executes the various Mechanical Projects being undertaken by TEL.

Having spent a considerable amount of his professional career executing Civil Engineered Projects, Mr. Mukherjee has seamlessly worked in various Sectors such as Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Steel, Power, Infrastructure, Railways etc. executing Civil Engineered Projects. Armoured with a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1987, Mr. Mukherjee started his career with KND Engineering Technologies Ltd and spent close to 22 years with them. While at KND Engineering he was a Senior Project Manager handling critical Civil Engineered Projects of clients such as IOCL, IISCO Burnpur, L&T, IIFCO, ABB, Hindustan Lever etc. He has also worked with other reputed organizations such as Simplex Infrastructure Ltd and Techno Electric and Engineering Co.. At Tuaman Engineering Limited, Mr. Mukherjee is designated as Deputy General Manager – Projects and executes various Civil Engineered Projects being undertaken by TEL.

Having more than 4 decades of professional experience across various sectors i.e. Steel sector, O & G sector, Ship Building, worked with reputed organizations such as Shapoorji Pallonji and Co Ltd, Punj Lloyd Ltd, Gillanders Arbuthnot and Co Ltd, Tata Projects Limited etc., Mr. Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional having handled Quality Cells and both Internal and External Audits of these leading Organizations. He was the Management Representative of the Quality Management System at The Shalimar Works (1890) Limited, a Ship Building Organization, at M/s, Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Limited. Now, he is a Management Representative of Tuaman Engineering Limited to the standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Mr. Bhattacharya is ASNT Level-II certified in Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, and Liquid Penetrant Testing. He is a qualified Lead Auditor on Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems ISO 45001:2018. He is also certified on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified 5S Auditor.

Internal Auditor on ISO/TS 22163:2017, ISO /TS 16949:2016, SA 8000:2014, Certificate on ISO 31001:2015 Risk Management –Principle & Guidelines, Overview on Basics of Corrosion Protection and Painting, ISO 17020:2012, ISO 14064-1:2018,ISO 14044:2006, ISO 14040:2006, ISO 14067:2018, ISO 17021-1:2015, ISO 17029:2019 and Environment-Social-Governance (ESG) in Indian Regulatory Framework. Total experience in auditing is 20 years.

In-house faculty member of various training programs on IMS, Welding, Cost of poor quality, etc.  He is a member of “The Indian Institute of Welding” and the “FELLOW” of “The Institution of Engineers (India)”

Apart from the above credentials, Mr. Bhattacharya is also certified with “Welding Inspection and Testing” from “Welding Technology Centre” of Jadavpur University. At TEL, Mr. Bhattacharya is heading the Quality Cell of the Company.

Mr. Sengupta is an industry stalwart having more than 40 years of rich experience in handling critical projects .He has handled mission critical facilities for a marquee list of customers like Tata Steel, NALCO, NTPC, SAIL, UMIL, Indian Railways, DMRC, Lafarge, Reliance , Haldia Port Trust, etc. His profound knowledge encompasses numerous number of industry process such Coke Oven , Rolling Mill, Mining infrastructure , Cross country conveyors ,Tanking facilities ,Blast furnace and many more . As a constant learner, Mr. Sengupta has successfully undergone various leadership programme from reputed bodies like McKinsey, AASCI, INSEAD etc. Under his leadership Tuaman Engineering has successfully delivered marquee projects with utmost customer satisfaction .

Mr. Sunil Kumar is a Head-Procurement, M. Com, MBA in Marketing, PGDBM, Dip. and Materials Management veteran in Materials Management, Plant and Project Procurement with 27 years’ experience in EPC (15 Years) and Manufacturing Industries (12 Years). He is expert in indigenous and global sourcing, strategic procurement & strategic thinking, vendor management to align with overarching goals ( Strong Vendor bank ), Acting as a catalyst and facilitators in contract clarification on critical and strategic deals. decision making, risk management, Good analytics skills, Cost control, cost analysis/management and Budget Management, Licensing with customers, Forecast price and market trends, Contract Management, Inventory management and control, Reverse & forward auction, Oracle & SAP MM Module.

With dual Diploma in Mechanical Engineering  and Safety Engineering Mr. Paul is a holder of Level III General Certificate from NEBOSH (UK). He is having more than 25 yrs. of vast experience in implementing Health Safety & Environmental Management System of different construction sectors like Oil& Gas Sector, Industrial Sector, Fertilizer Sector, Railway Sector, Marine Sector, Road & Flyover Sector, Urban Utility Sector, Transmission Sector, Infrastructures Sector, High-rise Building Sector, etc.  HE has work experience with different clients & PMCs like Qatar Petroleum, British Petroleum, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Adani Groups, Hindustan Lever Limited, Frito-Lay India, WBPDCL, BHEL, DVC, DPL, SAIL, Indian Railways, KMDA,  Lodha Group, EIL, tkIS, Udhe India, DCL, Gherzi Eastern Limited, etc. He is Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015.

Dr. Indrajit Chowdhury is an internationally acknowledged expert in Earthquake Engineering and Structural dynamics with over 40 years of industrial experience primarily in Power plants, Oil and Gas and Nuclear Power Industry.

Dr. Chowdhury received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from Jadavpur University Kolkata,  Master’s degree from IIT Kharagpur, and PhD in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology Shibpur Howrah.

He has functioned as the head of civil engineering in engineering companies like Bechtel Power Corporation, Siemens Power Engineering and global civil and Structural engineering head for Petrofac International Ltd  (UAE).

He has also taught for a few years as Head and Professor of Civil Engineering under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University.

Dr. Chowdhury has extensive expertise in the domain of earthquake engineering, dynamically sensitive industrial structures, heavy machine foundations and is an active researcher in the area of Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI) with over 70 peer-reviewed journals and conference papers to his credit.

He has been invited as a key note lecturer and theme speaker for a number of national and international conferences.

Dr. Chowdhury is also a member of working code committee of Bureau of Indian Standard pertaining to Earthquake engineering (CE39), Dynamic response of liquid retaining structures, Wind turbine foundations etc.

Dr Chowdhury has been honored by Indian Geotechnical Society thrice (2011, 2013 and 2016) with Shamsher Prakash award, for his significant contribution in soil dynamics and earthquake engineering. He has also authored three books on earthquake and dynamic analysis of structures and foundations published by CRC press Holland and Springer Germany that has global following.

Mr. Sanjeev Dubey, a distinguished Production Engineer and alumnus of S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, and NIT Surat, is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).

With over two decades of cross-functional experience in Execution, Planning, Coordination, and Business Development, he has successfully contributed to sectors including Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, Water, Mining, Green Hydrogen, and Hydraulics. His blend of technical depth and commercial insight has made him a trusted partner for delivering complex projects in highly competitive markets.

Mr. Dubey brings proven expertise in both national and international business development, driving market expansion, strategic alliances, and client relationships. Having worked with leading organizations such as Bosch Rexroth, Sandvik, and Larsen & Toubro, he has guided projects from concept to commissioning, mentored teams, and reinforced the company’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
